Nicholas Galvan, Realtor, graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2003 where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2004, Nick obtained his real estate license and was responsible for the development and expansion of NSG Enterprises, Inc., a real estate company that he founded that same year and ran successfully until the sale in 2013. Concurrently Nick served as the Director of Landlord Advertising for Westside Rentals where he managed a profitable sales team of twenty direct reports. A love of real estate is in Nick Galvan’s blood. His father, an investor and Real Estate Agent in Los Angeles, taught Nick the business at an early age. Furthermore Nick founded a non-profit organization, Foundation for Interscholastic Youth Athletics (FIYA), which creates sports opportunities for schools that did not previously have them. Serving as FIYA’s Director of Development for ten years, Nick now sits as Chairman of the Board. Nick, and his wife, Suzie, and three daughters live on the Westside and he can often be found coaching his daughters in various sports.
